Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will oversee our social media strategy, create engaging content, foster community interaction, and analyze social media metrics to enhance our brand visibility and engagement in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals and objectives to increase brand awareness.
- Manage and oversee social media content creation for platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Engage with our audience through interactive and creative content, including graphics, videos, and live events.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to adjust strategies accordingly for maximized engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments proactively and professionally.
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to stay ahead of trends and ensure Amazon remains a leader in social media marketing.
- Lead social media campaigns, including strategic promotions, contests, and partnerships that align with our brand objectives.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices and innovative techniques related to social media marketing.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, utilizing KPIs and metrics to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a corporate or high-tech environment.
- Proficient in major social media platforms, content management systems, and social media analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Experienced in managing successful social media campaigns with measurable results.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, exhibiting strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
